Refund policy

The exchange policy at Defined BTQ specifies two different timelines depending on how you purchased the item:

1. In-store Purchases: You have 3 business days to request an exchange. Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays are not considered business days, so only Wednesday through Friday count toward this period.
2. Online Orders: You have 10 business days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Similar to the in-store policy, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdaysare excluded from this count, so only Tuesday through Friday are considered business days.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Bodysuit’s & undergarments are non-refundable You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can come in store at 5559 Colerain Ave or contact us at shopdefinedbtq@yahoo.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments & boob tape. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, exchange or store credits will be issued.
