Shipping 

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Wednesday through Saturday. Orders placed outside of these days will be processed on the next available business day.

• Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

• Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

Deliveries

We are committed to providing efficient and timely delivery services. Please review our delivery process below:

• Delivery Timeframe: All deliveries are completed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Our business days are Wednesday through Saturday.

• Curbside Delivery: Deliveries are curbside only. When our delivery driver arrives, you will be notified. You will have 5 minutes to meet the driver and collect your order.

• Missed Delivery: If you do not arrive within the 5-minute window, your delivery will be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.

• Delivery Area: Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius.

• Delivery Fees: Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Pickup 

 Here’s what you need to know about picking up your items:

• Pick-Up Hours: Wednesday & Thursday: 12-6PM, Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Same-Day Pick-Up: If you place your order during our business hours, you’re welcome to pick it up the same day within our operating hours.

• After-Hours Orders: If you place your order after business hours, it will be available for pick-up the next business day during our regular hours.

• Pick-Up Deadline: Please note that all orders must be picked up within four business days of your purchase. If not picked up, your order will be restocked, and you will be issued a 60% store credit.
